Can I still book a Christmas Similan Liveaboard?

If the end of the European summer is creeping in, the nights are getting darker and the days are getting colder, you are probably wondering “Can I still book a Christmas Similan Liveaboard?”.

The answer to this is quite simply, yes.

The Christmas and New Years period, between the 20th December and 3rd January, is our busiest period in Khao Lak, but we do still have availability for those looking to get out and into the water for some great Similan diving. This week in particular has seen a rise in the number of enquiries for Christmas or New Years Similan liveaboards, so boats are filling up.

Celebrate Christmas and New Year with some great Similan diving

A couple of our luxury liveaboards are already fully booked for this period. For this reason we are urging people to book soon if they would want to get on board a Similan Liveaboard in late December, early January.

Thailand Dive and Sail Liveaboards

At Thailand Dive and Sail we have a broad selection of excellently run Similan liveaboardsranging from budget options, midrange trips, and all the way through to high-end luxury cruises. We only use the best Similan liveaboards around and always make sure all our customers get the trip that they are looking for.

Similan Liveaboard New Option

A new liveaboard for this season is the MV Bunmee II. This is a midrange liveaboard run by Thailand Dive and Sail and Andaman Scuba, so we know that this will be a great boat to join at any time during the season 😉

Don’t get left behind over Christmas and New Year

We have only just released the schedule for this boat too, which means that there are still some spaces available for Christmas Similan liveaboards. Having said this, it is booking up fast, so be quick if you want to get on board!

Christmas and New Years Day Trips

For these couple of weeks in the Similans diving season, day trips can be fairly crowded. The islands are at their most visited during this period in the season and day trip boats can only visit dive sites at the busiest times during the day. This means that there is no avoiding the crowds on a day trip and this is why a liveaboard option is always our first choice.

Peak Season Liveaboards

So start writing and sending your requests to Santa (Thailand Dive and Sail) now, and we’ll make sure you have an unforgettable festive season on the Andaman Sea.
